If you receive an incorrect product, send us an email to email@example.com and we will correct the situation by replacing it.
Since our stock are limited or made to order, if we are unable to guarantee delivery within the prescribed schedule we will contact you to change your order or send you a refund.
Our products are mostly handmade and packed by hand, so it can have some irregularities, which are not considered errors. If the packaging is slightly different from what you remember seeing on our website, this is also not a defect. It happens because we are improving our packaging constantly. For this reason, we are unable to refund or exchange it.
