These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the purchase and sale of products through www.untitledstudio.pt (referred to as the “website”). By placing an order for products, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change by Untitled Studio (“Untitled”) without prior written notice at any time, at our sole discretion. If at any time you do not agree to the terms and conditions, please do not use this website and refrain from purchasing from us.
Throughout these terms, all references to “we”, “us” or “our” refer to Untitled Studio. When we refer to “you”, we mean you, the person using our website and/or our services. Any reference to “the website” or “our website” is referring to www.untitledstudio.pt and its sub-domains.
Our Products
The Products offered are those which appear in the Shop catalog published on the website.
The Customer acknowledges that the photographs on the website cannot perfectly represent the appearance of the Product. The actual visual impression may differ slightly from the photograph, particularly with regard to color. The Customer acknowledges that “Untitled” cannot be held liable on this basis.
Orders
By completing the check-out process and placing an order, you are offering to purchase products in agreement with these Terms & Conditions and are entering a contract with us. The contract is terminated upon delivery of the products you ordered.
By placing an order, you are promising that all details you provide are true and accurate, that you are of majority, that you are an authorized user of the payment methods used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds in the account to cover the cost of your order.
Our check-out process allows you to review your details before completing the purchase. Please check your order carefully and make any necessary corrections, as you are responsible for providing us accurate information.
After making an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your orders. This e-mail is only an acknowledgement for information purposes. All product orders will be subject to the availability thereof. In this sense, if there is any difficulty regarding the supply of products or if there are no products in stock, we will inform you of the unavailability and will reimburse you the amount.
From the moment the order is placed, we reserve the right not to accept any changes.
The sale will be considered to be final only after “Untitled” has received the full price of the order.
Prices, Shipping Costs and Promo Codes
The prices paid for the products you order are those displayed on this website, at the time that the order is placed, including VAT at the legal rate of The Feeting Room’s jurisdiction, but exclude any shipping costs. Shipping costs will be charged according to the values indicated on our website, calculated, namely, according to the delivery country and the selected shipping method.
In the check-out process you will be clearly informed about the total price of the product, which includes the products’ price and shipping costs.
If you are located outside of the E.U. customs charges, different taxations and import duties may be applicable. These charges will not show up in your order and we are not responsible for these charges. Make sure to inform yourself with your local customs office before making an order.
We reserve the right to change the prices of products and shipping costs at any time, without affecting, however, the orders which have already been completed.
Promotional codes are codes that offer you discounts, discounts on certain products, in your entire order, or may represent the offer of shipping costs. These only apply to our website and are subject to the codes’ conditions of usage. In order to take advantage of promotional codes, you must make sure that you enter the code in the appropriate space when checking out. If you do not apply the promotional code at that time, you will not be able to use the promotional code in that purchase, without prejudice to being able to use it in a subsequent order, subject of course to the conditions of use of each promotional code.
Payment
Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, payment must be received by us prior to our acceptance of an order. You represent and warrant that the information you provide to us is true, correct and complete.

Delivery
Orders will be delivered between 2 to 7 working days.
All orders whose weight exceeds 2 kg could be packed separately and delivery in different days.
We are not responsible for the transport of your order, as there may be times where we are affected by factors beyond our control such as adverse weather conditions and as such, orders may be delayed, however, if you contact us, we will send you the number by which you can track the status of your order.
Products with chocolate are not available for order during the summer season and periods of high temperatures that compromise the preservation of the products.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges or returns, unless we send you an incorrect product or item, or if we could not guarantee the delivery within the prescribed schedule, as as written in Returns and Exchanges.
Using the Website
Accessing our website is free of charge and you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary means to access it.
You must not reproduce, copy and/or exploit our website and our services for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
We will not be liable to you if, for any reason, our website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
